I've been pondering a DSG remap for ages. Main issue is the van's tendency to shift up to 7th gear at too low engine revs giving that 'rumbling' sensation that just feels wrong. It's especially annoying in cruise control mode.
TVS seem to be the 'go to' guys for this but there are no installers anywhere near where I live.
Seems that quite a few other tuners are getting in on this space though including Black Country Tuning. My local garage recommends this particular remap but I've not heard of them before.
