It is supposed to be for Busfest, but has become interspersed with discussion about turning off the stop/ start feature using VCDS. As that subject has come up before, separating the comments from here to a better place will make it easier for other members to find everything related.

My tickets also arrived. Unfortunately I only bought 1 ticket so Mrs Scott and my 2 friends will have to pay at the door.

So as a newcomer. What should we expect at Busfest. I've been to many music festivals but never busfest.

Also, as there won't be any hook up. What does everyone do to keep power in the van when he leisure battery runs flat.

I'm hoping that my relatively small 70ah battery will be enough - I also have a decent solar panel that should keep it topped up The van has sat on my drive, since our last camp, for nearly 2 weeks - I've deliberately left the fridge on max as a bit of a test and the battery has remained fully topped up throughout (sometimes saw a small dip first thing in the morning but up to max again by around 9am). First real test will be this weekend camping off of hookup for 2 nights and using lights, water pump, etc...
