Just got my email today too 
. Having only used my van twice (both on campsites with full hook-up's), this will be a bit new to us. Never been to Camper Jam before and never camped in a field without services.
So.... for all the seasoned pros out there, do you have any tips and tricks and please can you let me know the top three things that you wouldn't be without on a trip like this and in turn, I'll do some speedy panic buying?

Don’t worry about anything. With 19 other vans present in our area beg/borrow/stealing will resolve any problem.Just got my email today too

or buy a Genny from Lidl £129 1200w. Others are cheaper and plenty around. Bring beer! or wine.

Boooo, no open fires at this one. Marshmallows and s’mores over the Cadac it’ll have to be then.
Oh well that’ll just mean that @Lord Mfwic and @Fish have longer to collect and chop wood for Busfest then.
It also say's no BBQ's. Well I'm sorry but how am I expected to cook ?

My guess is that they mean portable BBQ's that burn the grass. Or at least I bloomin well hope that is what they mean, or they could be trying to kick a hell of a lot of people off the site.
Only stipulation seems to be that "BBQs must be kept off the ground and under control at all times".
oh yeah, hadn't actually read the leaflet posted above, as not had my pack through the post yet. cadac has legs so hoorah.
You are right - the version of the above notice included with the packs is slightly different - needs clarification. Cadac's and similar have got to be OK (they are exhibiting at the show)??
