Cantata tyres recommendation..

After unsuccessfully trying to find a new ish set of Vw Cantara 19” alloys and tyres I’m now looking at just the alloys and put some new tyres on. Any recommendations for tyres ie: size make ? Thanks in advance..

245/45/19 Goodyear Vector 4 season for me. I’ve been running these tyres for 2 years at 40psi. The speedo is bang on with the GPS and they are wearing evenly.

255-45's will just about protect the protruding parts of the spokes it you do get a smidge too close to the kerb.

I ran Michelin Cross Climates on mine 245 45 19 but only 102 rated so T30 and below only. Great trees that last for ages. I have a set on my banded steels now.

STX definitely won’t ruin your ride. I was worried about that too but completely happy with mine.

Ah thats great to hear, there are too many options out there and the prices vary wildly! My Caravelle is stock at the minute and dont want to go too wild but 19's and ST-X are what I had in mind. Thanks!

I really like the STX suspension - it’s not stupid low (although the back does sit a little higher than I would like or I have the front a little too far down).

Both front and rear are as low as they will go.

Ride is compliant and the kit has proven to be quiet and comfy with no knocks or bangs.

Excellent feedback, it sounds like the way to go, not heard anything negative so far

Just bought some 19 and was looking at 245/45 but you say 255 fit ok with no rubbing issues??
