Bought my Caddy from Preston and serviced with no complaints (sales guys not quite as efficient), my Kombi is coming up for 1st service so hoping for repeat experience albeit there will be a few warranty issues to address so will let you know how it goes
I've had some warranty work done and a service with no problems, even had a free courtesy van, but I do know others have had problems. Certainly on the sales side.
Had an issue with my power latching on my near side Kombi door. Took it to Wrexham. Gave me a Van as a loaner with no back seats. Told me they changed it under warranty. 6 months later, door won’t close on the handle, have to manually push it the little hook on the bottom of the door and power latching failed again. Oh and it took them 2 days to “fix”it. Good job I didn’t need the rear seats.
Going back to Wrexham as I’m more than happy to be a pain in their arse.
That bad are they?. Its started working again now so fingers crossed. We got it from preston and live in manchester so if it acts up again its going to one or the other and il swerve wrexham. Ta

I bought mine from VW Birmingham and by the time I had driven back home I had a lock issue on the passenger slider. I took it to VW wrexham who had it for 3 days with no offer of a courtesy anything. I had only had the caravelle 90mins, the second time I went in also with a warranty issue was for a zip on the integral child sent. the parts took 4 months to arrive then they had it for 2 days, when they dropped my vehicle cack with me their delay driver said" we've had to get the master tech to sort this" to which my response was it's a f****ng zip ha ha
