Clip removal

How do these little buggers come out ? Anyone advise ? The button type clip holding the carpet down .

They’re just screwed on. You can normally undo them by hand but failing that use a pair of nose pliers in the holes. Helps to push the carpet down at the same time.

Yeah as above they just unscrew .
Finger and thumb on them and twist anticlockwise.
