Do you have an active subscription, without a subscription it operates as a fault code reader but will not make changes ?

No I dont, as I understand when you connect and go into the customize meny and select a option you want to customize, you get the purchase menu.

Dont find anything about subscription or purchases elsewhere?

Has this been sorted now or do you still need a flash of the stalk to activate? I have used the Carista app on my 68 plate edition and still have to flash the stalk to activate but won’t come on till key is removed..........

I got fed up with the lack of this setting in VCDS so I have designed my own piece of hardware which will do the same automatically.
I will share more info when I find time to install it eventually.

Im also interested in getting the auto coming home lights, in previous VWs I have been able to set whether they come on with ignition off or door opening but I couldnt see anything for the T6.

I like everyone else get the lights on unlocking and only upon flashing the switch for coming home..

I have LEDs and auto lights.

I have ‘18 with the radar, cruise and MFSW. Also VCDS owner!

If new button insert can be bought and then just needs some modules coded, Im all over that upgrade..?

Got mine today and I almost threw it across the lawn

I think it is actually the google pay section that is giving me grief more than Carista

No matter what I did with either logged in accounts I could not get past the pay section to save any changes and activate the first free month.

There is 1 free mode, at least now when I unlock it, only the drivers door unlocks ffs !

I think I had this problem at first. I emailed Carista, they told me what to try, but I think when I tried the next day all went through without any problems.

ah ha got it to work tonight. Bloody Google issues to activate.

OK, changed loads but can you change the locking ? I thought I could double lock and the mirrors would fold.
I can do it but I still need to hold the button in for 3 or 4 seconds

Any tips ?

Had same with my Carista,very frustrating to use, seems pot luck what will work and what wont, thrown mine in glove box in disgust not touched for 18 months, have folding mirrors if i hold the button mirrors still wont fold

Yep, mine are still as standard, press and hold for 1 second and it double locks, keep holding for 3secs and the mirrors fold.
Would be nice to just hit the button for total deadlock and mirrors in
