Hi Everyone,

Just wondered if anyone has experienced any form of delay with Control Customs?

I ordered my steering wheel with them following someone's recommendation on here and paid mid-June.....still waiting.

I like to think I'm quite objective and after a number of follow-up emails, the end-date seems to keep changing, to my bemusement.

I sent them my wheel on 30th April and they messaged me back on 5th May to confirm receipt. They messaged on 13th May with photos of the finished product, which I received back the next day.

What has been their reason for the delay?
