No not yet fella, when I went to VW and priced all the parts. With the wife, once we had sorted the price the wife asked ' and what are you going to buy next week?'. The not correct answer ' dunno haven't looked yet ' was pushing it a little. So we agreed I Would purchase the parts over a few months. Got the biggest box first, it's sat in the living room. She moves it does the vacuuming doesn't mention it's in the way. Awaiting my next instalment..... four month of Christmas its great!
Will keep you all posted on progress.
I'll be buying and installing in the next few weeks. Only the upper gloss black section across the dash.
I miss my holder tray. Was good for coffee and phones.
Getting the VAT refunded and the tax savings on a van does help somewhat. Then again my dash is usually full with screwdrivers/boxes of screws/spanners etc- the upper open hole is a good shape to wedge a power drill in as well ....

Phase 2 of dash modification.
I will put some photos in the media section ,showing what bits to trim .
1)bottom of right vent need a small amount of trimming.
2) bottom right corner of clock bezel needs a small amount of trimming.
3) centre heater vent /radio surround ,fits straight in .
It took about an hour to trim and fit the 3 parts .
Tomorrow is the big job ! Fitting the glove box .
Right who has the part numbers for the gloss black pieces from left to right.
Is the left airvents, glove box, radio surrounds etc, binnacle and right air vents.
I might pop to Vw tomorrow and order them.

Braver than me. No way I'd trim my dash, it'd end up looking a piece of Emmental cheese. I don't even think I'd let someone do it who knows what they are doin.
That said, fair play to you for getting stuck in getting it done. It's looking good.
