The world of VW oh Ya!
It has improved a bit since 12v electrics.
But the compressed air screen washers were great.
You knew where you were with a cab full of exhaust fumes too.
It didn't keep you warm but it kept the spiders of the inside of windows.

I've found a bit in the owners manual about "Comfort Phone". You leave the phone on a bad in the "stowage area".
It looks like you can connect the phone wirelessly to the Van's external antenna, which sounds great.
I take that as being just on some certain models that I don't have?
I've been fiddling with the van this morning trying out the screen de icer ... good job.
So I'm discovering the MFD menu.
Still have not worked out how to set up speed warning, but the rozzers will let me know.

Yes the comfort phone is a factory option dont think it comes on any models as standard

Thanks Pauly, I knew it was too good to be true.

I also notice there is a hint on the wiper stalk that there may be some voice control options.
Or is this just to get my juices going?
