Dodomat liner 15mm not sticking completely :(

Did i f*** up?
I did the roof today with Dodo liner 15 mm. It was 10-11 degrees, i did clean the surface with alcohol and heated both the roof and the liner before applying. Yet i can tell in the lumps of the roof that its not fully sticking and if i press i can hear it sticking to just let go again. I guess condensation will get trapped there.
Its difficult getting in to these lumps as the liner is sticking just fine around.
Plan for tommorow morning is to try and heat the van and see if it will become flexible enough and will stick.
Do i have to start all over, and find a place somewhere nice and warm? x( Any ideas or experiences are very welcome!
Long day and frustrating end.

I did mine in cold weather, I ran an extension lead out to the van and ran an electric heater to get it all warm, left the tailgate ajar and front windows down a bit to let out condensation worled really well

Did you use a mini roller like in the picture? I found these helped a fair bit when I’ve done similar…

Yea should have done that. I hope i can heat it up tommorow morning and get it nice an toasty and make it stick. Im just afraid condense will be trapped already.

I didn't no. I see it being nice, however im not seeing i could apply more force with that than my bare knuckle which i tried.
Tommorow i will try using one of these, im 100 percent sure it wont stick in the roof though - i tried with a lot of force making it stick

We use a hot air gun to get it supple and then it can be manipulated easily and also makes the glue more tacky. If the panels are cold pre warm them to, to stop the glue going solid.

I did try to use a heat gun and heat the panels.
Arent sure whats my best bet?
To take it all down and apply a new layer or stay with it and live with a few air bubbles?
Im sure it will stay in place, but will the air bubbles cause long term trouble?
I have a heater in the van today and I hope the answers will come once the van is heated enough.

I still have some places where it simply wont glue to the crevaces of the van, i think it's because its the 15mm liner. Is this as critical as im thinking? There is no way i can get it to glue 100 percent, i had a heater and a dehumidifier in the van making in nice n toasty and dry. Yet, still get these where it won't stick. Id say its glued 80-90 percent of the surface, any takes somebody who installed the 15mm?
