It seems bonkers (and disappointing!) that some get it easily and others are refused - I guess that all the warranty requests from dealers are done in one central VW place that covers the whole of the UK, or is it split in to regions?
Hello Tim, did you escalate this to the service manager? I only ask because I’ve had a few issues with warranty claims and other bits at Lookers Carlisle but once I’d involved the service manager things improved greatly and he restored my faith in the dealership.
