EGR Cooler with low flow - teardown

Hi guys
Had a few of these EGR low flow faults lately on different vehicles. On one vehicle i removed the cooler and tried to clean in but with no luck. The cooler is a bit different so I decided to have a look inside and discovered why you’re wasting your time trying to clean them out. There’s two u bends inside and with how narrow the veins are they’re destined to fail.
