Has anyone heard of this company based in Dagenham?
They have quoted me for a reconditioned engine including fitting for my T5.1 CFCA burning excessive oil
They are not VAT registered and take only cash or bank transfer.
The price seems good but other than, trust pilot reviews seem very positive!!
This is an estimated, no-obligation price quote for completing the job as described.
Price was quotes as £2495 no Vat.

Below is a breakdown of the service:

1) The Engine is stripped to component level and put into a high-pressure parts cleanser at high temperature with abrasive chemicals removing all carbon deposits, debris and coking from previous failures returning the components to a “new” metal condition.
2) The Cylinder Block is re-honed and or re-bored.
3) Pistons and or Rings are changed
4) Connecting Rods are re-honed.
5) The Crankshaft is polished and/or regrind.
6) The main and big-end bearings are replaced new.
7) The Cylinder Head is then stripped down and checked for wear, cracks and for trueness then pressure tested and resurfaced as necessary.
8) Valve guides are checked for wear and replaced as necessary; valve seats are cut.
9) New/re-faced valves are lapped into the Cylinder-head and vacuum tested.
10) The Camshaft is checked for wear and re-polished if required.
11) Timing Chain Kit,/ Timing belt kit are replaced Brand New
12) Complete New Head Gas Kit Set Replaced New
13) Complete New Bottom/Conversation Set Replaced (NEW) Including Front and Rear Crankshaft Seal
14) The engine is then reassembled with new gaskets and seals.
15) Engine Service (Recommended Oil and Oil filter) will Changed.
16) Antifreeze, brake fluid will be replaced (New)
Ancillaries Parts, Turbo Charger, Injectors, are NOT included in the price.
Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block, Camshafts, Cam Carrier, Crankshaft, Conrods, Oil Pump must be in repairable / re serviceable conditioned.

-Fast turn around
“Bare” engine no external or ancillaries’ parts included.
Existing Engine must be in re serviceable conditioning.
if any external or ancillary’s parts which is not included in our quote are beyond re serviceable /repair surcharge will be applicable
All external parts will be inspected by our qualified engineer.
