Engine will not start.

it looks like J317 shunts power from the main (D50) power terminal to the SB Fuse Box.

switched by J623 - Engine/motor control unit, in E-box in engine compartment

Terminal 30 livens up (D101) SB fuse box and related connected units

So far all I know is its Relay 645 right of fuse box under the dash - Terminal 15

ah, that's different . . Terminal 15 is the IGN supply.

"4 - Terminal 15 voltage supply relay -J329- (645)"

J329 relay looks like it takes power from SC7 (30A) fuse and feeds (B165) "Positive connection 2 (term 15), in interior wiring harness" fed from SA2 (125A) fuse

j329 is switched from IGN switch via SC38 (40A) fed via SA9 (100A)

B165 feeds some of the SB fuse box (front engine bay) : https://www.t6forum.com/downloads/fuse-box-layout-map-box-b.79/

Would have made sense if the 30A SC7 had blown.....it could just be a faulty relay but suspicion gets the better of me.

Still has me confused as no fuse rupture and yet the relay is scrap!

Relay 645 replaced - open circuit relay coil.

Next issue VW have diagnosed is ignition fault no supply to SC55 - should I now be worried!

The van is running ok - they also found the ACC needs a calibration set up at a cost of (£250) no issues observed.

Van is running fine - they picked this up after the warranty work had been completed - clear down with their test equipment.
