I'm guessing this isn't a new van? I'd drive it around for a while before jumping in with anything. Being North of the border, I would always consider the cost/benefit ratio and indeed what that would mean when the time comes to sell it. So, for example, a tow bar to put a bike rack on or a pop top would add value and be attractive to a purchaser. However ( and I accept that this is purely my opinion) any form of messing ( and there are plenty more) with suspension, digital dashes from foreign shores or remapping would thoroughly put me off. It is of course your van, so do what you are happy with in the end!

More soundproofing up front - complete floor, scuttle and adding closed cell foam to the wheel arch liners.
I find the noise in the cab at motorway speeds a real nuisance. Mine is a full camper conversion powered by the 102bhp tuned engine with 5 speed gearbox though so it’s working hard.
Mines the 110 5 speed so similar. I’ll deffo do this when I take floor up to run the electrics

Food for though, nice one guys. I’m going to upgrade the headlights definitely, I do a lot of night driving so will need them.
Any recommendations, I feel like the go to are the THQ ones?
Sound deadening the cab also

Definitely tyres. Firstly see if you are happy with the handling. If you are replace the tyres with Michellin Cross Climate 2.
Also get a stop/start cancel device. Takes a minute to fit.
Climair wind deflectors. Nice to open the windows and not have rain pissing in or that wumpwumpwump sound.
Mats and seat protectors.
We put in seat protectors as the first thing we did. Spent an hour and a half as they are fiddly. An hour later there was a muddy dog in the van.

I would say the answers pretty unanimous, I researched a bit before going for the Climair and came up with the same answers.Theres also no real need to drill a 1mm hole, a bit of pressure whilst screwing the very tiny screw did the trick. No wedging them in with bits of bent metal ( which I believe fall out in time).

I'll just chime in for Climair...
I went equipped with tools and expected it to take an hour.
All you really need is another pair of hands to hold the unit in place whilst opening/closing windows to check all is ok, and they can also hold the teeny tiny screw whilst you are drilling the 1mm hole.
All in all, it genuinely took longer to get the bits out of the massive box and walk to the van than it did to do the actual fixing. Look on the Climair website/Youtube for a video. Makes it less daunting.

Personally I wouldn't have either/any. Tried them when I first got the van, realised that we hardly ever drive with the windows open thanks to the aircon. But worst of all, I found that they made the already large blind spot created by the A pillar much much worse. I took them off.

just my opinion based on experience.

Were yours the black ones? I’ve always wondered if they impact visibility. Especially, as you say, given the already huge blind spot caused by the A pillar. It can already easily hide a car if one doesn’t move their head to look round it.

Mine are the smoke and have no impact as they are only very, very lightly tinted when looking from the inside. I use mine primarily for leaving the windows ajar when parked on a hot day or when camping. Work great for that.

Mine were the Heko grey tinted ones. Not black. They just made a bad situation worse & tbh brought little if any benefit. They seemed to be more a fashion accessory rather than a solution to a problem that didn’t exist.
Like I said, just my opinion.

Another one for climair here, really easy to fit, very secure and look the part. Fitted to my camper to reduce condensation overnight, can crack the window a bit. Time will tell if it makes any difference!
