Same here - @Pauly has sold me a fair few bits now and is always quick to post them out, no matter how big or small. And he knows a lot more about Transporters than the VW parts desk or TPS do!

I have e-mailed several times about an order I received which was utterly wrong!

Nothing heard my end, however I don't live too far away from Plymouth so will pay them a visit and hope they are in.

"I have just opened my package which was delivered late last week, due to being away.

To say I am disappointed is an under statement.

The sliding door cover is broken and I have the following lights!

5 x 3W led no onboard touch
1 x 3W extra bright Led.

I have messaged the person who runs the shop, on your behalf.
With it being July, perhaps they have gone on holiday?
They equally have a business to run, so can’t be on here all the time.
Whilst I understand it is frustrating for you, the owner of this site and the shop are completely honest, not here to rip anyone off, and will get the issue resolved for you. If you don’t get any response then send me a private message and I will do what I can.
