how do you go about getting them to look at the software update?, my kombi has been in VW for 2 weeks+ with EML on, they've replaced a wire (don't know which one) so far!! and that's not this issue.. Just wonder if this could be related, 2017 (67) 204 DSG 4motion

What' are three first digits of your van's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)? WV1 or VW2?
The software update is still pending for the EU6 84PS and 204PS engines in the vans with VIN: WV 1 ZZZ...

I went to VW assist who then booked it in so it was checked twice - VW then did something

Is VW assist like the A, RAC etc? could be a benefit to join if so. Or is this something you get from new?
