Gap Size for a 3D Print

Hiya. I'm attempting to route the solar cables through the rear of my van. The best place for them to enter the van is via the gaps in the frame in the picture below. Does anyone know where I can find the dimensions of the gap? I'd like to 3D print a piece to feed the wires though. I'll post the results on here when I've done it.

I just posted a design I have made to cover the tailgate hinge holes, and to add a switch there which I use for the tailgate release.
