[GUIDE] How to remove cab interior light and overhead storage unit (Startline/Trendline panel vans only)

Had some trouble doing this today to fit ambient lighting, so here's the idiots' guide.

How to remove the cab interior light


Pull off the clear plastic, mine was loose, you might need a pry tool.

Undo the two torx screws.

Use a pry tool to ease the light away from the metal frame, which stays in place. This was a pig of a job, it took several attempts with a lot of swearing from the drivers and passenger side, and then it came out in a hurry. Mine was a little worse for wear!

How to remove the overhead storage bin (Startline and Trendline models only)

Use a pry tool to pop off the frame, starting at the top. It came away quite easily.

Use a screwdriver to push in the clips either side of the interior light carrier.

Undo the 2 torx screws (same size bit as above, thankfully).

Peel off the foam spacer above the box by pushing to the left or right. It held together when I did it - good luck!
Then simply squeeze the foam block to get it out of the hole, and then pull out the storage unit box.
