Has the dealer changed the Haldex oil?

Very apologetic call from the service manager today, full refund and the vans going back in for a complete redo on the service and obviously the brake fluid and Haldex, finger crossed!

Honest mistake? They aren't known for the former and make plenty of the latter, but maybe this time that's what it was?

Main dealers for you.... I've even heard of them filling washer bottles up with water only and charging for washer fluid....

The kid up the road had his car fail on no screen wash told them to top it up to pass charged £28

Pretty sure main dealers would be using a checklist system, especially German manufacturers.
