Help with replacement headlights - are they faulty?

Hi,

I recently purchased these replacement headlights for my T6 - T6 Black LightBar Headlights - Vee Dub Transporters

All was going well and fitted the LHS light fine. Tested fine with no issues - the DRL light changes to an amber indicator light which flashes sequentially.

However, installed RHS headlight and it's not working correctly. On this side, the DRL does not change to the indicator but just flashes white instead, and causes an issue with the side and rear indicators. I also get a bulb error on my dashboard.

I've switched round the lights, plugging in the dodgy RHS light to the left of the vehicle and the working LHS light to the right of the vehicle to test it. The issue seems to 'follow' the dodgy light, not working correctly on the LHS of the vehicle while the RHS works fine.

This indicates to me that the RHS headlight is faulty, or am I missing something here?

Any advice would be amazing.
 
Hi denemitchell and welcome to the T6 Forum. it seems that you have diagnosed what might be wrong with your new lamp set up.. I suggest that you take it up with the supplier Vee Dub Transporters, sale of goods act etc. I am sure these things happen. Better advice will most probably follow about testing but you seem to have done what I may have done. Good luck with your lights. I am sure we all would like to hear about what happens and how the lights perform and about you and your vehicle.:)

Thanks for the quick response. Yes, I'm contacting Vee Dub to see if I can get a replacement set or a refund. Thanks for your help.
