Hesitant acceleration , sometimes cutting out , other times revs going up to 2000

Intermittent fault , it’s cut out twice in succession but restarted no problem other time revs hesitated and then shot up to 2000 and coil light came on . Following error recorded ( plugged in carista while fault showed because if I turn car off and back on fault disappears ) also when I reset the code ( po322) during idle it returned to normal . Any help greatly appreciated mines a T6 5 speed manual ( euro 6 ) . Reading other threads would I be right in thinking crankshaft sensor ?

This has been ok the last 3 days to and from work but this morning on way home , having to stop at shop , so 20mph ( I’m in wales) fault re occurred 3 times . Got hope plugged in carista and had the following errors , what do I investigate now ?

Is the battery ok?

I got loads of weird errors and this behaviour limiting revs when my battery was on its way out

Battery is reading at 14.9 when idling and 12.3 when off .

Went into garage and I have a small split in the long EGR pipe - so new one ordered . Could this potentially cause this fault ?

The answer to your question is a bit irrelevant, the point is you can't really start fault finding or diagnostics until you have rectified all known defects.
Let us know how you get on, hopefully fixing the split pipe will get your van back to how it should be.

Long EGR pipe changed and service complete . But on the way home going up hill had jumping again - on 4 th jump coil light came on and flashed and revs increased to 1200 -same as previous . Got home plugged in carista . Same faults , mass airflow one occurring again .as well
As others . But when resetting the mass flow one stays on ??
