High Pressure Fuel Pipe - problems!!!!

Hi everyone,

I own a VW Transporter (14 reg) and my high pressure fuel pipe (cylinder 4) isn't sealing right.

I have removed it and cleaned the area as thought initially that there might be some bits caught up, but it appears that the bottom of it is slightly worn/pitted.

I am posting a message here as I am struggling to find a replacement part, despite hours searching the internet.

If anyone can help then that would be greatly appreciated.

I very much doubt anyone makes pattern part pipes, as not much call for them. Have you tried VW?

Be careful when working on these pipes, what appears clean to the naked eye isn’t clean enough for an injectors clearances.
I wouldn’t fit pattern parts in this application, you’ll probably find that you need to buy a complete set from VW. Better to change them all than end up with a breakdown or fire.
