Recently said hello in the new members section. 2014 T32 2.0 biTdi 4motion 180 (i know).
Anyway I travelled from Scotland to Derby by train, praying that I wouldn't see a rev A,B or C EGR cooler sticker. Sigh of relief when I seen the rev D sticker. Done the usual checks, 30 min test drive and completed the purchase. I had to stop at halfords as my washer hose split and I didn't fancy the 300 mile motorway trip without my washers. Don't know if it worked as it rained most of the way so didn't need them!
Van drives amazingly well, and is absolutely immaculate. Previous owner was a doctor apparently.
Full service history with cam belt done this year.
Not much other paperwork to be honest.
I already have an oil analysis kit coming and will be getting the EGR emulator kit ASAP. in the future I'll get it mapped out.
First few things will be split charger system, heater and a new headunit with android auto. And try to make it look less like an airport shuttle bus!
