No they are all good and also rac has confirmed all fuses are good
You might try a BCU reset by disconnecting the starter battery and touching the leads together to discharge the BCU then reconnect and test again.
I did try second key but was to no avail and regards the battery I did also try this but I don’t think I did it for long enough, but it’s at the garage now after some serious wrestling with no power steering I will keep people posted with out come tomorrowDid you or the RAC guy try this? Remove battery neg clamp then remove pos clamp then touch them together for a few seconds then attach pos then neg back to battery.
Also try the 2nd key if you have one.
Let us know how you get on.
That’s not what I asked.. did you check voltage at the fuses? No they are all good and also rac has confirmed all fuses are good
You’re definitely not the first to do that.Yes fuses box is in a very strange place and can’t get to them very easily or even see them very easily. Luckily for me we found out it was just a fuse in the wrong hole so all good
I agree with DXX, I think taking a few pictures of any thing you work on or disemble is good insurance for when things don't go as planned. You’re definitely not the first to do that.
A photo before and after is a good quick reference no matter how careful the fuse change.

Have you taken any fuses out to check them or maybe to piggyback an ignition live for your new head unit, check they are all in the correct place. if you can see a metal terminal each side in an empty slot there should be a fuse in there.
