I'm looking to sell my Jackery Explorer 1000 V1 complete with the original user manual, 240V Charger,12V Charge Cable and Carry Bag. The casing has a couple of minor marks but it's otherwise in full working order and fully charged (it's been sitting in it's bag unattended for about 6 months now and was showing 100% when it went in the bag and is showing the same now).
Much to my disgust, my wife reminded me that we still have this taking up space in a spare room and it needs to go (I was going to stay quiet and keep it!). It's the V1 version which I replaced with a new V2 last year - to be honest, I sort of wish I hadn't bothered as it's everyday performance seems to be the same as the new one except that you can turn the new one on remotely and it delivers higher peak power rather the 1000W of this one. I've only really used it for a bit of lighting and the TV during a couple power cuts at home and to boil a small electric travel kettle on the few occasions that we've been on the road and stayed in sites without EHU.
Due to its weight, it will have to be collected in person from Frampton on Severn in Gloucestershire (GL2 postcode) with cash or a bank transfer or PayPal transfer before handover. Please PM me with a mobile number if interested or need further information or pictures. I would also be happy to meet a buyer on the bridge over M5 J13 (Stroud turnoff) or a bit further afield if necessary.

My wife is forbidding any more camping toys or I'd be on this like a tramp on a bag of chips. If it's not already sold, I doubt if it will be long as it's half the current Jackery price for the new one and stil well below any of their 'promotion' prices that I can remember seeing (and I've been looking at them as well). Unless I can get my wife to chanage her mind good luck with selling it.

@Bluesman. If she does change her mind, let me know. I see you're in Bristol so we could always meet somewhere along the M5 or at Cribbs.

An unashamed bump - I'm genuinely surprised that this hasn't gone by now particularly as I think @Bluesman is right above prices from Jackery themselves. Am I asking too much for it? Any comments please.

Jackery have just reduced the price of the V2 to £549 so I'm dropping the price of my V1 to £400 (still collection only). PM if interested or want to make me a sensible offer.

An even better bargain (but she still won't let me buy it). Good luck with the sale, I'm sure somebody will see sense take it off if your hands soon.

Forum rules apply……sales/purchases between members are 50% of whatever paid whenever discussing in earshot of financial controller!

Fortunately, SWMBO just rolls her eyes when a purchase finally appears from my “office” after its post-delivery quarantine. Quarantine periods are proportionate to the cost of item multiplied a factor of how keen SWMBO is on said item.

*office = my messy corner in the spare room!

Don't forget the 'one in, one out' rule whereby the cost of said purchase is compensated by the equivalent sale of a surplus item. This invariably tempers the response from the Financial Controller.....
