Cali....... cheers for the head up about certificates of conformity. Id never even heard of them before with regard to changing wheels and insurance companies. The Ins companies I have spoken to so far regarding quotes etc have said that I should notify them If I change any wheels but it wont effect the price of the policy. They haven't mentioned about certificates so that will be a question to add to the list when I finally get decide on a policy.
