Sorry only just seen this.Hi Chris, van is looking good mate. Was the Halo install easy enough? We’re looking at fitting this or the 11. Do these vans have a gps antenna or did you fit one?
Cheers
Dar

First up was to remove all the ply lining and the bulkhead

Obscene amount of screws/clips/bolts

Once all that was removed, it was time to tackle the wiring. Passenger bench removed to access all the wiring and removed the battery. The first big achievement was starting the engine after all this and getting no warning lights

My current job is removing the bulkhead support frame which needs cutting out. After that it will be windows and pop top followed my insulation and sound proofing. I cant do much really until the pop top is in which is a pain as I have to save up for that
No point carpet lining until the pop top is in.
All pop tops seem to be £3500-£5000 installed but I've seen a company offering it for £2500 called Yorkshire Rose Camper Conversions. Reviews seem good but there's no specific reviews on their pop tops so feel free to shout up if ou have seen them yourself
Thats all for now, thanks for reading.
Chris

I think it is but I didnt take much notice. I wouldn't recommend repurposing it if thats what you're thinking. It wont be good enough for a camper buildIs it a leisure battery mate
This looks awesome - is it a completely new wheel or did they adapt your existing wheel?Little update yesterday. Fitted my new steering wheel with no issues, relatively simple job.

The 'before' pic is a round wheel and 'after' pic is flat-bottomed, so strongly suspect a completely new wheel. This looks awesome - is it a completely new wheel or did they adapt your existing wheel?
As Bav has indicated, its a new wheel I believe. I didn't send him my old wheelThis looks awesome - is it a completely new wheel or did they adapt your existing wheel?
I've seen you can get steering wheels modified to flat bottom - loads of videos about it, hence my question. The 'before' pic is a round wheel and 'after' pic is flat-bottomed, so strongly suspect a completely new wheel.
