Just thought I’d share a couple of experiences I’ve had recently from two companies. Firstly, LLL Parts oem reverse camera mount, shown as in stock but took 3 weeks from order to arrive, their dispatch time and correspondence was terrible. The item did arrive and was an original VW part as ordered but as they are based in London I couldn’t believe their timescales of business.
On the other hand, I’d like to share an experience from the other end of the scale. Dream Ice, for Alpine reverse camera. They sent the wrong camera by mistake but after calling and speaking to Rob, the owner, a free return was arranged and the very next day the correct camera was delivered. Outstanding service and goes to show that the true test of a decent company is not just when things go to plan, it’s when there is a problem and how it’s dealt with.
