Lower dash removal to retrieve fuses

Please can someone tell us how to remove the very bottom lower dash panel in passenger footwell? We are trying to feed some electrical cable from the cab through the rubber grommet to the battery in the engine bay. Can’t see any screws or clips and there just isn’t enough room unless we can remove that bottom section. Thanks.

3 clips along the front edge. Use a pry tool between the bottom of the glovebox and the footwell panel and pull the front edge down towards the floor

I feel very silly about this but, how on earth do you take out that cover, I'm afraid that I will break it if I pull any harder, is there any trick or tip to take that cover out without damaging it? I dont see/feel any button or screw.
I tried searching in the forum, ang googling it but I wasn't able to find anything.
