LWB U shape

Hi Guys, new here.

Just starting out in the journey. There is only going to be 2 of us and a U shape would be perfect us. The van would be my daily driver. The only issue being I have to have a dog crate in the van, and with the U shape the only space it could fit is infront of the side door.
I’m looking specifically at the Van furniture lay out.
Does anyone have any pictures of this or own this type of set up and could tell me the dimensions between the rear of the passenger seat and the end of the U section on near side please? This would be for a LWB.

Exact same challenge here. Went for Cascade Solace u-shape, which slides out so no obstruction at the side door. Makes a full width full length bed.

Also went for folding passenger bench, which is where crate lives when at camp.

I initially looked into this but it’s way out of my budget unfortunately! Very jealous though

I don’t have a picture I’m afraid but the bed is 1820mm long, if you allow 1900mm from the inside of the tailgate that will show you the gap between the furniture and the passenger seat. 80mm added as the furniture doesn’t go right to the tailgate. Hope that helps. I’m swb so my image wouldn’t help I’m afraid

You could use a swb one although it’s not much shorter, 100 mm or so

Have a look at Cymru Camper Furniture on Instagram. They basically do copies of van furniture but offer bespoke options. They are quite a trek from you but I think they might be venturing into flat pack delivery..
