Main and Battery Supply not Working after Jump Start

Similar to @TallPaul_S the DayJob is mostly figuring out what people actually mean/want from what they say

Also shows why, even if it seems daft, it's always a good idea to take pictures. To be honest I've sometimes taken them of my own stuff I'm having trouble with, sometimes sitting down with a picture and a cuppa you see something you don't when you're standing next to it.

I've moved on from having to deal with end users now, thank Christ! But the troubleshooting skills still remain.

The users are fine compared to the folks running the projects and asking you fill out endless RFIs and RFPs. They're usually brilliant at tying up your time but rather less brilliant at actually noticing the invoice...

Agree - teamwork is everything!

New problem I’m afraid. Pump (Aqua 8) now not working!

Started with fuse - took out and no red light came on but replaced anyway.

Kinda stuck now - thoughts welcome?

I think that has a filter on so maybe check that's not picked up any debris.

Also, sounds obvious, but there's sufficient water in the tank?

If it was working before you started the previous issues diagnostics it’s highly likely that you’ve disconnected something, maybe a fuse back in the wrong position?
You easily check the supply voltage at the taped up block connector. You can easily attach a separate temporary 12v supply to the same connector to see if the pump runs.
About a 1% chance that a blocked filter is preventing flow unless you’ve been putting rice in the water tank!

That’s a very complex water system for a small van, it’s possible to use a submersible pump and a switch tap and free up all that space for storage.

Re positioned the fuse a couple of time and it's kicked in fine.

Note observation on system, was first T6 fit out firm had done - usually does bigger vans. Can you share a link to simpler system - could do with the space back?

THANK-YOU again Team T6

Tbh that shows, it's a much beefier system than you normally see in a small van - but to start ripping some of that out to replace with smaller items would be a massive pain - it really looks like a properly well put together system ( ignoring the loose connections!).

It might be worth starting another thread with all the specs and lots of pics of the system. We love pics! And perving over other people's electrics! :p

Another point:

if this is a water drain there appears to be some serious kinking in the pipe that needs sorting - will be easy to block
