Marks on rear Brake discs

Hopefully those pads are chipped from levering them over the lip on the disc and weren’t damaged in service?
From the photos I estimate the discs are still inside the wear limit but the corrosion pitting finally got them.

No idea about the chips as I did not fit them.
Pads and discs were original discs and pads from 2018 and 32k miles. Not bad from a T32 4 Motion.
