Just gone to see a T6 LWB T32 102bhp, 2018

Everything on it looks good for a Jan 2018 registration, bits of wear tear, nothing major - 127k on the clock, and the timing/CAM belt changed in March

There is one thing that sounded and looked wierd and that’s a ticking/clicking noise, and a missing bolt on part of the engine ?? I have driven it for over a hour, and it drives very well, low noise in the car, I have to be close to the engine to hear the ticking/clicking

I have evidence of a very recently service and MOT’d too, so not sure what to make of this - the section does move/vibrate slightly when the engine is on/running ?

is this anything to be concerned about ? See photo where the plastic surround looks like it should be fixed/bolted (on the left next to rusty clips)

Thanks @mmi

Your engine area looks spotless !!! - Can I ask the age/model of your T6 and being a new owner myself, what I can do to make mine look closer to that good?

That picture was of a 2 month old van (not mine). My T6 MY18 today - 6½ years old now - in below :inlove:

Damn, that’s looking good..

The one I bought yesterday is an 2018 too (127k miles) !!!

Have you steam cleaned it ? Has it ever gone out/left the garage ;)?

Although I can’t see the missing bolt in the new photo ?

2018, 68k miles. Use it every day - can't be picky with the weather. No steam or pressure washer used.
It just doesn't get much dirt onto the top of the engine. I do have the engine bottom cover which might reduce "flow-through" across engine.
