Don’t know why I didn’t notice/say something at the time of the kitchen being fitted but the front panel hadn’t been edged.

I had it done this week along with a carpeted panel to hide the side of the bed frame. Thinking of putting a fire extinguisher in the space so one is to hand just incase.

Fitted the table and very happy with it. Not far off being finished now!

Wanted to get away in it this weekend but work and other commitments put a stop to that. Hopefully get away next weekend and use it before the weather turns. It’s has to soon surely.....

Finally ordered my leisure battery so pulled the seat out to fit.

Not sure how others do it but I modified the seat base to take the battery then fitted some 6mm steel plate to the front/rear of where it sits to stop it moving. Fitted perfect by pure luck more than anything else! I have secure the battery with 2 straps as a temporary fix until I came up with a better idea but as it’s working fine I may just leave it.

Connected mains battery charger from 240v hook up and harness which supplies all the 12v power to the rear and hay presto! Everything works.

Next job will be to purchase a split charge kit so this can be charged as the van is running but for now I will just monitor the battery voltage and charge from 240v hook up when it gets low.

Any ideas how long the battery will last (110Ah) if I don’t turn the fridge off? It’s off now, it’s just to give me an idea.

Cheers

Thought I had more pictures but will add more tomorrow after it’s weekly clean.

I’ve got a 95ah battery and mine has lasted at least 2 days without turning the fridge off. I say at least as that’s the longest I’ve gone with the fridge on without driving it and recharging the battery.

Cheers Gary. I had in my head what I wanted it to look like before I even bought it.

They’re 8.5 front and 10” rears so think they’re 225 front and 255. I’ll check when I get home from work.

What do you plan to do with yours? Day van conversion?

Done the interior pretty much the same as yours, had a pop top put on. Just looking to beef up the exterior. Wheels, side bars, drls etc. Its nice to see what mine would look like with those sort of wheels and sport line front end.
Apologies just gone through previous threads and found wheel and and tyre sizes, cheers mate.

Update!

Collected the van from East Coast Custom Campers tonight after having the following fitted:-

Windows in rear
Carpet lining
12mm floor and lining
Lights in headlining
Insulation

So happy with the results. Can’t recommend Gary enough. Very fair price and the quality of the work is very very good.

I requested the floor was bonded as I didn’t want screws through the van floor. Don’t want it to rust etc.

All work was completed in 2 days.

hi Pal
I really like the colour of the flooring, is it Altro Walkway and if so , what is the name? After ripping my flor very recently i'm looking at re-doing the whole floor and yours is a colour that I really like

Been a while since I updated this but there’s been a few jobs done so thought I should add.

New wheel day. Ispiri FFR1D 20x10 front and 20x10.5 rear. Loved the look of these on the Bespoke/StancedUK van and wish I’d bought them first. Absolutely love the look now. I can’t stop staring at it.

Also fitted a single passenger captains seat. Pics to follow.

20x10 on the front, did the width cause any rubbing issues or was it ok with correct offset ?

Wow, nice look. A very different rim. Really surprised by having a 10” width on the front. Load rated?
