Like a lamb to the slaughter , hopefully to obtain some good advice from the Electrically minded on here . I have been pondering the layout & leisure setup in my new van for a while. I did go down the Roamer design route but it was all bells & whistles and would of been unnecessary for my needs .

Brief description -

-Factory Leisure Battery & wiring came fitted in new van under passenger seat , LB moved to rear nearside rear wheel arch & replaced with a Fogstar 230ah ,
-Passenger seat base to contain , Victron DC/DC xs 50 , Ablemail Amt12 to maintain the starter battery . Leaves space for my Audio Amp .
-All leisure electrics based around rear nearside wheel arch under kombi bed down the side , its LWB .
-EHU from under rear bumper to feed AC mains socket & Victron Ip22/30 .
-BusBars with feeds to 12v Fuseboards for lights / Usbs and Future diesel heater /12v Fridge /12v Socket

I just need to get my cable size & fuse locations correct , cable wise I'm thinking 25mm to LB & Busbars , 16mm to 12v FB's First draft attached , 2mm to 12v / 4mm to fridge & heater .
Any advice much Apricated .

When you come to the installation, I would earth to the nearest earth point on the van, rather than route everything back with cable to an earth busbar. Less cable needed, and less voltage drop. For example, if your diesel heater is under drivers footwell, there is an earth point right next to it.

Makes sense to earth each item locally . Heater is going under the van, with ductwork in the B pillar . . I just hope to press on with pulling cables in as soon as possible.
