Another one for Steve at CRS I have a T28 110 with 20” wheels and 2 weeks ago Steve fitted me H&R coilovers and the first time Pat my wife got in the van after fitment she said “it drives like a luxury car”.

You're lucky, like me, to be close enough to Steve @CRS Performance , even though I have a 6 speed gear knob, it's only a 5 speed Startline poverty edition 110 (with a 150 remap) that happily took us right right up North and back averaging 37 mpg recently. It has the business pack, so has A/C fortunately. Steve performed a suspension miracle on mine too which now drives beautifully thanks to his talents! Don't worry about 5 speed, but aircon is an essential in my book.
We bought our van to spend more time touring europe , there was no compromise when it came to AC ...and glad we hung out for the right van .
Everything else we've driven for years has had AC so it made no sense spending a load of money on one that didnt .
Its meant to be a ' luxury leisure vehicle' not a 'sweat box'
