What starts off as just checking always ends up as a major strip out and money. Tried running new fuel lines and noticed dodgy repar, had to lift body off with some assistance. Now new complete chassis rebuild luckily the whole chassis just fits inside the T6 to take off for soda blasting.

Quick update. Missed getting it on the road for Classics at the Clubhouse, but hopefully I'll be driving it to SkegVegas.
Cab's almost done



Wheels are back from detailing



Went with black nuts, don't ask how much they cost from Porsche......

You probably won't get one there, but I can recommend Iain Burns at Stock & custom Loom installation for your Aircooled VW
He can build you a loom exactly how you want it to incorporate additional circuits.

Thanks, here's a better view. It's tubbed, notched and has an engine raise, so I can go much lower. But I bottom out on the access lane to the yard.
