@NatMc24 lovely looking van btw but I have another question on the carpeting, similar to bigsidavies but on the tailgate, it looks like the seal seals on the carpet (same for the sliding door actually), does that work? can you share some photos of that too? We only have the panel carpeted on the tailgate and get a lot of condensation on the metal so I’m interested to see how it’s done

Hi thank you! We're are so happy with our van yes that makes sense, I'll go outside and get some photos of the seal areas with carpet (tailgate) today for you. Yeh it will make a difference, the metal does get alot of condensation unfortunately,100% with carpeting the whole area if your able too...Will pop the photos on shortly for you

The splash panel. Does it come ready made or it a one off? Real wood? Oak? One piece? Looking to put a van shade, uncarpeted. Bambo or wood splash back, kitchen pod with no end unit. As I have a spod speaker in corner.

Yes, fitted by West leisure in Bideford. Love it. They recently fitted the floor to.

Aw thank you! We out alot of thought, research. Previous experience and love in to doing it up well we fully insulated the floor at first then had to rip it back up, but put down some sound deadening and the thicker ply. That's the floor i think it was Howdens, we were recommended this type by our friends conversion shop. The carpet lining we done sound deadening & thermo both by Dodo and stuck on. Then i think we put the roll of insulation in all the gaps ready for the carpet to be done

No worries! Yes I think so, we had the carpet tucked under the windows...the windows were fitted once it was carpeted
