P2459 dpf regeneration frequency

Two months ago, engine light appears on my T6.1 4x4model (77.000km). Carista said P2459 "dpf regeneration frequency".
At the official VW service, they reset the error and manually started the regeneration. The error reappeared after a month. At the VW service, said that they tried to start regeneration "manualy" but regeneration did not complete successfully.. I'm worried!
The car is relatively new. Six months ago, the radiator was replaced due to a leak at the hose connection.

What's your drive history like?

All motorway?

Or lots of short trips?

I drive 40km to work and back home every day (40km *2). There are lots of twists and turns, and it's pretty hilly with average driving speed around 55km/h.

I'd say dpf is blocking up you need the engine up to temp both oil and coolant, driving with more than a quarter of a tank of fuel at 100km/h for around 20 to 30 mins on a dual carriageway way or motorway at least once a month for them to do a successful regen. Sounds like your speeds and road types are hindering a regen. If when you stop the vehicle the engine fans run on after you stop you've interrupted a dpf regen
