Cleaned the metal with a cellulose thinner to get rid of any contamination then 4-5 light coats of stove paint, quick rub down with wet & dry in between.

I can provide a base suitable to your required height which the pit would sit on. Not sure what cost would be as would need to draw it to price it.

As it’s stainless steel does it need the paint? Can’t work out if I like it silver or black or to just leave it to go black over time
