I have the same panel. Works great with a lot of freebee adaptors

What fridge and what battery?

120w isn't much, so may add a few hours of extra run time with a standard AGM battery.

It's supposed to use 1-1.5 Ah hour. Depending on ambient temp. So summer probably at the higher end of consumption.
