Ricardo T, is that a Knights conversion? Mine is currently in with Jon for my build. Really like your floor and units, can you remember what the swatches were?
No they sit flat just to form the bed really. A light person could sit on there but not really a seat. Heres one we are currently doing on a transit. Cheers

So it is possible to sit and face out the rear of the van with a Variotech....tried with just myself and seems ok but you could fabricate a couple of fold out legs either side, on the underside, to give extra support (or a sturdy box underneath)....so long as you're not too tall as you will hit your head on the roof!. Im 5'10'' and worked well. The backrest is obviously at the wrong angle from this side so would be a bit uncomfortable after a while unless you had some scatter cushions or padding to lean against.Good luck with your conversion with MY design lol !!...
Afternoon,
I’ve had a Reimo variotech 3000 seat installed in my T6 and notice there’s no plastic fascia down the offside covering the various nuts and bolts of the metal side plate… whereas there is on the nearside. Is this normal?!
Many thanks, Ben
Left side only on mine when delivered for a RHD vehicle.
I have the swing out table leg fitting and a DIY shelf under the outside edge to carry my levelling ramps. Also little mods which are a webbing strap to enable lifting both licking bolts together and a grip on the release rod under the seat bottom to make it a lot easier to un-latch the back rest into sleeping position.
