My missus boss just had his 204 mapped by Tuning Emporium, mobile guy from Worcester and went for the 240bhp uplift.

He then took it to a dyno and it’s hit 276bhp!

TE have the dyno video on their fb page.

Did he take it to the Dyno before to get a comparison? Figures are so easy to ‘manipulate’

Anyone got any more info/updates on whether revo are planning on releasing a revised remap for the t6 euro 6?

Hi peeps. I’ve been considering getting my t6 remapped and wondering what people’s opinions and experiences are? It’s used as a work van (heating engineer) fully racked and fairly heavy compared to when I first bought it. Overtaking is a definite no no at the minute, and currently averaging 37.5 MPG round the doors. Looking for a bit more poke mid range and hopefully better MPG (if it’s possible to have both?)

I have been quoted £240 for a full remap from a franchise of Elite Remaps.

All advice greatly appreciated guys. Cheers

It might be worth considering that REVO have withdrawn their map for the 102. The turbo seems to go to pot. Ask your people if they are aware of this and how their map compares to REVO's.

Forgive my ignorance, is REVO another company like Elite Remaps who offer the software?

Yes, there are and very good reviews think lots of people on here use them.
If I remember I think £399+ vat

Stay away from an elite remap. Far too aggressive torque for 5speeds and they have not changed. It destroyed my t5.1 5speed diff in my gearbox. Got a new gearbox and a pendle remap and never had any issues.
Got a pendle map on my T6. Pendle can properly map the 102 also.

I've had a Pendle re-map and it was ace. Try not to be put off by the higher cost if you can afford it. There are a lot of cowboys out there, I'd rather pay a bit more for a job well done.

Sounds a bit worrying, I was led to believe that Remaps are safe nowadays, but these stories of turbos and gearboxes being damaged has put me off a bit :(
