Remove trim above rear number plate

Anyone know how to remove this trim above the rear number plate? Last owner has installed a reversing camera wonky and I want to get to it to straighten it up

It's bolted on from inside the door void..

Got it. I thought as much but couldn’t see it obviously after removing the door card. Needed this confirmation before ripping the lock out. Thanks!
