Replacement dash switch blanks

They are almost all unique, so worth clarifying which one is missing. I am happy to then get the part number from the equivalent one in my van.

Just to add to this, I am looking at using some of the blanks for switches/displays etc. I found I could remove the blanks with a standard trim tool from the front, and of course once you have one of a block out, the rest are easy. The part number of the blank is on the back. They all appear to be part no 7E0 959 623 with a letter at the end defining their shape to match the location.

@Pete C - Did you find an alternative supplier for the blank switch covers or do they have to be ordered from a main dealer TIA

I searched everywhere recently but could only get them from VW in the end... only cheap though about £3.50 each

Pete is right about the number for that particular blank....

How are these blanks removed? Looks like I can lever them out with a trim tool?

I'm trying to work out how to mount my phone to the dash and I'm thinking about modifying a phone mount to make it fit one of the blanks. That would make it much neater and not block the vents.

I have a DSG box so as long as it doesn't prevent it going into Park, won't need the space

I’m also trying to remove the bottom right blank nearest steering wheel to hard mount a phone mount to it.

Can anyone advise where to pry off without damaging lugs and with what?

Thanks

I used a plastic trim tool along an edge. They are pretty easy to lever out.

They pull out forwards and straight so no special technique, could even try a sucker if you have one

Hi,
I'm adding a LED spotlight to my T6, I'm looking to see if anyone can point me in the right direction to purchase a switch to replace one of the factory blank switches next to the stop/start button

I’m after one of these, I believe the one I need is part no: 7e0959623c

Has anybody got these lying around?

Morning,
I appreciate this is an old thread, but does / did anyone find anywhere to find these dash blanking buttons/covers?
Thanks
