[Resolved] dc-dc and starter battery fuse blown

Get suitable fuses for the cable size instead.

All sorted now. Looks like human error potentially or renogy being very 'touchy' - two elements checked additionally:

1. changed fuse from the one that came with the fuse mounting (I didn't trust it in the first instance)
2. noticed my error - I switched off main switch and switched it back on within 10 seconds - there was over 15A on the lead and further added by swiching back on - fuse blown. Unusual I know but verified with clamp meter, just to be sure - created surge therefore.
3. I have changed inline fuse to midi one anyway just in case so I do not have to come back to it again.

@Dellmassive - thank you for pushing me to check futher with clamp and settings!
 
The destructions for the Renogy 50a DC to DC MPPT indicate I'll need a 75a and a 65a fuse - can someone point me in the right direction for these please?
 
The cable from starter battery is 25mm2 which I believe is more than enough.

So I assume I'm ok to go for 60a and 80a rather than 65a and 75a ?
