Right wheel alignment way out

UPDATE: It's looking like the steering rods are too short. I took all the parts I changed in to the mechanic who has taken the van to a suspension specialist.
He said I should have fitted shorter drop links to compensate for the lifted suspension, which is pretty obvious when I think about it.
I should know more tomorrow.

Correct tie rods and custom shorter drop links fitted. Hopefully picking it up tomorrow after laser alignment.
EDIT: Just re-read this whole thread and realised I appeared to be talking absolute kak in a few of them! I did check the lengths by eye and all looked good to me - I guess in this case a few mm must make all the difference. I'd still like for the mechanic to explain why one side was affected more than the other but technical discussion is difficult with my broken Italian and their broken English.

I was very worried that I'd done some serious damage here and have been kicking myself thinking that I could do the shock upgrade after watching a few youtube videos. Lesson learned - I reckon I'll pay somebody next time and save myself the heartache. I'm still not sure what the bill will be for this although labour rates are much lower than the UK.
I literally could not sleep last night because I was so pleased that my van was going to be ok! Sad or what!
Oh yeah, and I've just bought a roof top tent!!!!

Glad you've got it sorted, nothing wrong with having a go yourself, lesson learnt for next time! I'm sure you won't have been the only one with issues doing a lift kit, most people go lower don't they so it's something different!

All sorted as described earlier. Vans now driving perfectly again, tyre hum has gone and steering is spot on. Apparently the steering wheel was not centred on the rack. 1.5 turns anti clockwise and 4.5 clockwise! Really not sure how that happened but its good again now. Phew!!
