Here's my 18 inch OZ Rally raids with some Michelin Crossclimate SUV tyres as I am mostly on the road. 235 55 R18. The van is lowered on the factory coilover kit.

Mine? No they're Michelin Cross Climate 2, All Seasons, quite a few members have them fitted and I'm finding them really good too so far. Haven't been on mud or full snow with them yet but in daily use in these low temps they've been great.

Mk2 sportlines. Removed and sold the supermetal tridents 20's. Now on factory suspension, ride is just as nice if not more comfortable than when my van was lowered.
